I thought SOS rocked it proper. A lot of stormin' tracks throughout the night. Roman Salzger & Manuel Tur - You Won't Change (Day Edit / SOS Edit) was sickness.
Who was the female opener for SOS? Her intro track was in' furious.
I hope there was a recording of the night. I had a blast.
Very cool to meet a lot of Chicago TA's out last night! |

It was nice meetin you man (again, apparently)... The opener was Dory and I thought she was pretty sick as well. I thought sos was playin some rockin stuff, but I wanted funk, lots and lots of funk. And I got none. But yeah the Bastian - Game Over mix into You Won't Change was a pretty nice way to end, but I predicted it 100% About 10 minutes before they dropped Game Over I said to someone "I'll bet they'll probably just end with the Game over/you won't change smush that they've been doing since wmc :/ Still.. probably rocked out my hardest to that more than anything else they played. |

True, they didn't throw down as nearly much funky low-bpm house as they did when I saw them @ Pawn Shop during WMC. That was a let down, because that's their signature sound. Overall though, I thought the set was awesome.
Anyone know if Dory posts on TA or not? Lots of ID's I'd like from her set. |

Yeah I was at the pawn shop set as well, and tbh even that didn't have enough funk for me.. but it was a helluvalot more than vision... their show at wmc 06 @ cafeteria = epic funk win
