Does anybody here like to listen to Cut Copy and other artists like Lifelike, DFA (Holy Ghost!, I think?), and Knightlife?

I love Lifelike. He has his own sound and he does it really well. Really much influenced by italo disco. His remix of Numatic (unfortunately only on Beatport) is definitely worth to check out.

Cut Copy are pretty good. The latest album is a few tracks too long, but overall good stuff.

They are fantastic live.
You may also like The Presets. |

Cut Copy are ace. If you like them, try to track down music by Isnod, also from Australia - similar ilk.

This might sound crazy to other people, but I truly believe that Cut Copy is the 2000s equivalent to Depeche Mode in the 80s. Only, Depeche Mode was far more popular than Cut Copy, I'm guessing?

I really like a lot of music that's been released on Modular. Although it varies greatly in style from Cut-Copy and The Presets to more rock influenced stuff like Klaxons and Wolfmother, its all top notch music imo.
