DJ Tools/Intros

Hey all, just wondering where you all buy dj tools from. I've been looking on beatport, but I'm pretty unimpressed by their offerings. I really need a tool for an intro to my mix, and I want it to be simply dark/melodic buildup without vocals/beats. Any suggestions?

Since you are from Belgium I would suggest to use one of the intro's of those CD compilations like Zillion. I can remember most of these had fantastic intro's and outro's.
Probably you can remember the Grandmix Intro's by Ben Liebrand, which started many year with that robot voice.

Making intro's IMO would take much time, certainly to make them sound professional.

Yes. I've found a lot of great free tunes from netlabels that are suitable for intros. Also a lot of good glitchy, experimental, ambient and dancefloor friendly techno.

I always liked those Battlestar Galactica robot voice Ben Liebrand, the Mastermixer used for his Grandmixes.

Maybe nice to heard it:

Ben Liebrand Grandmix 2001:

Grandmix 1983:

Another one:

Ben Liebrand King of Minimixes?

(of topic) A really weird mix of him:

Ben Liebrand-Prodigy vs Faithless

Like this one :)

Faithless & The Prodigy - Insomnia Vs. Funky

Ben Liebrand probably was one of the first DJ's who was into Beatmixing, already in the early 80's.
Made grandmixes starting in 1983 till now !!
Ben Liebrand was Armin van Buuren's idol and got tips from him in 1993.

One of his biggest hits was this one :) :) :) Who didn't love ALF?

ALF - Stuck On Earth (1987!!!)

Also some of you might remember this one:

ISCO - Funkytown (1997)

It's not on Youtube yet, so I maybe should dig up the maxi-single.
