I thought it was common knowledge that Australia is a few months behind the rest of the world in terms of music/movies/life.

Movies used to be released a lot later here, yes, but not much at all anymore. Generally not far off each other these days, except for a few movies like this..
Oh, and I downloaded this movie ages ago.. It was pretty average. 5/10
