Anyone ever flown Virgin America?

I suggest you do, they are sick!
They've got Sasha - wavy Gravy (delta heavy remix) on their playlist... music plays when you land over the PA, and when you're in the bathroom... like elevator music on crack.
Not to mention all the tv screens in the seats use Linux and other open source products.
most comfortable cabin too with their mood lighting... its like a party in the air whenever you fly.. |

I was listening to Kraftwerk on the way to NYC.
The food was OK. (the chicken wrap was delicious)

I had my sennheisers :)
But ya... best airline i've ever been on thus far, totally recommend for anyone.
I felt like they made the airplane just for me, dance music, tech toys, LINUX... and the flight attendants were young and hot-ish.
There has to be a downside to this... |

Virgin America and Virgin Atlantic operate as two completely different companies, FYI!
Both are pretty good. Virgin Atlantic seats are small though.... |

Unless the timing doesn't work out, I will always fly Virgin America LAX-SFO.
I prefer UA ps LAX-JFK for NY.
To IAD, it's a toss-up; if I can get a non-stop on UA, I'll still probably do that flight.
If you're flying based on price, Virgin America does real well to the places you can get to on it. |
