a bruegger's just opened here in milwaukee near my house. it's a lot like einstein bagels imo, nothing special
i dunno about all you bagel snobs but "everything" bagels are by far the best. and has anyone had bagelfuls? they're not bad if you're in a hurry. |

they soak them for 2 days in fermented honey water and only use wood to cook. The result is crispy on the outside, moist as all hell on the inside, with a slight sweet flavor that makes it good even plain.
straight out of the oven fresh is just unbelieveable..you can get them hot and fresh 24 hours a day. |

Never had einsteins.
And everything or onion bagels are the best imho. |

While Panera has delicious sandwiches, they are by no means the place I have had the best ones. So I guess that isn't saying much. There is this sandwich place in northern california. A local shop. Such good ones. A good amount better than Panera./ |
