So Jay I've been meaning to ask you this for some time now but I somehow forgot. Simply, the Raumklang mix, was that a recording of you playing live at that club? If it is, how exactly did you go about getting that job? lol were you a big DJ a few years ago or something?
Also, would I be busting your balls if I were to ask you to put a month and a year next to the titles of your older mixes?:p
not that it matters anyway I'm still grabbing the ones I don't have. You really know what's hot man, I'm just starting to discover all those artists and labels I see in your TLs and a few months ago I wouldn't have. Love it. |

naw, i was not a big dj, got that gig through friends. (ie: paid my ticket, was in berlin and someone hooked me up aka record collecting friend)I lived in Berlin for a few months as well.
you will get more gigs on connections then you will ever get through talent:)
ps sushi send me anything else i must have lost:P (can't remember Alzheimers)
those 3 parts are live
(aka a few "shady mixes")
i will fix this thread soon, all the id3 tags should have dates:)

| Ok and I'm just gonna ask this. Can I pay you like 20 bucks an hour to teach me to spin vinyl? I know this is random lol but I don't wanna pay that DJ Mana guy 40 bucks it's a total ripoff. |

HAHAHA if i have time and my wife does not mind, you are welcome to drop by the lab one day no charge:p
btw i dont play vinyl anymore, simply because cd is easier:p (ie: i cant keep 3 tracks on time with decks like on cd:p)
i still buy vinyl though *rip rip rip* |
