Have you guys heard the original?
This is awful in comparison, let it be. |

| Totally needless. Not to mention it's bad to boot. |

Hey Guys thanks for the comments. Both this and the Sasha remix were tracks that I did for the GU message board. They were never supposed to get as big as they did and I appreciate the criticism.
With the burial remix the only reason I wanted to do something with it was to make a dj playable version of a track that I loved. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I have always said that my remixes pale in comparison to the originals which remain bastions. |

.... There's no need to make re-edits of something that is (nearly) perfect.
.... Let it be alone. |
Agreed 100% I'd imagine it would be extremely difficult to remix this and keep at the bar or above it.
I can't find a sample of this either but reading comments im not sure sure if it's worth it. |

Considering it's an amauter remix and you wanna get some attention, it's okay bro.
Feel free remixing Burial's stuff, Madonna, Michael Jackson or whatever. |

| As I said before both these( and other) remixes were done due to purely personal reasons. These were tracks that I liked and wanted to play out and share with likeminded people. I’m glad they blew up but Im not looking to be another mark knight or Funkagenda. I’m a family man with a job and only produce as a hobby. So if you like the output that’s great, and if not that that’s great too as Im not here to defend the music as purely the listener’s personal choice. I’ve been doing this for a very long time and will probably do it for the rest of my life even if nothing ever hits it big again. I do it because I like it. |

Well that's fair enough, really. I think people are being much too cynical about tracks that were never intended to be released. |

| I'm always skeptical of people who rush in to defend a track, saying "it sounds so much better live!" But, uh, it really did sound better live. That stabbing bass synth is irritating, but I don't remember hearing it at all when I heard it played out. And the track wasn't allowed to linger, it was a quick mix in and a quick mix out, maybe like 2 or 3 minutes total - which prevented it from overstaying its welcome (and, listening to the full version, it does). Maybe I had had a bit more to drink than I remember. |
