2. when it goes off take 3 of these:



3. reset alarm for 1 hour later

4. go back to sleep


when your alarm goes off the second time you will wake up speeding, problem solved

I set all my classes to be late this semester. Earliest start at 10am and latest start at 6:30pm. It's ing wicked.

I don't think relying on drugs just to wake up is a good idea...

i def have this problem. it's the only reason i skip as many classes as i do. sometimes i'm not even tired still, i just don't feel like getting out of a comfortable bed. especially if someone else is in it too!

for real, cos the other week i was with someone and we were both supposed to get up at 8 for classes and other and we didn't get up till about 2. this has happened at least 5 times this semester, resulting in many missed classes. but not anymore cos it's getting too cold out.

for the rest of your life, no. but if you just need help short term its a viable solution. just used it myself today since I had to get up for work and was going to get an absolute max of 4 hours of sleep

Yea, I see what you're saying. 20mg of Adderall does the trick when sleep deprived. Turns you into a machine.
