Man I was kinda disappointed.
The club just isn't the same as before and there are things that could be improved upon. The guestlist line is bull. Before, you could get into Spundae within 5 minutes. Now, the people at the guestlist desk try to slow down the line by getting first/last name + e-mail etc... so that by the time you get to the ticket booth, it's past the 9:30pm cut-off for free entry.
Just wasn't feeling the music of 4 strings either. A lot of people left the main room during the set. Overall, the crowd was pretty sparse. |

my only complaint was getting there at 9:10 while essentially standing in place for 20 minutes and then all of a sudden at 9:30, wow! the line moves really fast!
that really pissed me off, i wasted $30, which means I wont be able to go back for a couple weeks (especially if this is how it always is). I cant afford tickets and drinks every week, its just too much for a poor college student :( |

Totally feel you guys on that! Just to let everyone know, that has always been a Club Circus decision to have the email list set up. The Guest list girl works for Nikita, while the other 2 email people work for Circus.
We have already complained about this in the past, we hate it, and promise to have that changed for this weeks event (and also any future events).
On behalf of Nikita, and most importantly, myself, I do apologize to EVERYONE for the trouble. And if you have any issues or complaints, come talk to me, pm me, email me, call me, whatevas!! let me know. This whole Nikita thing is meant for everyone and if you guys aren't happy, then it defeats our purpose.

I too have let Circus & Nikita know about the guestlist complaints that I have received. I just don't think it's right that the line gets held up when people have arrived in time for the FREE or even the discounted guestlist.
Whenever I've been asked for my email addy whether it be there or somewhere else, I just tell them I don't have one. |

correct. you don't have to give that to them. like i said. we (nikita) will be changing that. if circus wants us there, than they need to start working with us, not against us.
and seriously guys, if anything bothers or concerns you... let me know. |

NIKITA always delivers fun events and these guys have been in the scene a long time!
Im sure it was Loc and Circus stealing your email so they can promote you to their other events.
BTW, Billy is worthless as a COMPLAINTS person as he is too nice. Go talk to GIL so he will drink more and get wasted earlier!:tongue3 |
