I remember getting my cd cover for GU13: Ibiza signed at guv in like 2004 while Sasha playe. In the middle of his set, I tossed my cd booklet on the vinyl deck when he glanced at me (he had made the swtich to CDJs at this time so the turntables were inactive, and just sitting there). He quickly grabbed it and signed it and gave it back. This was before when the main DJ would play at the right side of the main room, and was positioned much lower.
Gonna be impossible to do something like that now, as the DJ is elevated so high in the centre. It's gonna be hard keeping the vinyl intact the whole night. Just bring the slipcase instead and wait till the end of the night and he'll probably do it.
EDIT: Sorry this was done at the time when the dj booth was positioned to the LEFT, not right. Actually miss that old setup, it was more a more personal experience. |

If you're not sure he's going to show, then why not just miss the event all together in order to avoid possible dissapointment for yourself |
