Hey guys. Can anyone recommend to me some places to go out in Atlanta? It's a sortof 10 year reunion with some exchange students from high school. They'll want to go out and do fun stuff in Atlanta while they're here. I don't really go out to clubs regularly any more like I did 5 years ago, so I don't know the scene as well. The Spanish dude likes the hard , like Techno and Minimal. I think the British guy would like your regular Opera style club. They'll be here Thursday November 6th, and leave the next week's Sunday on the 16th.

Where are some good places to go? The bad part is, they'll want to go out on days like Monday through Wednesday, which I would never normally go out on, but I figure there's some people out here on these forums that know the good .

Thanks for your advice!

My foreign friends seem to enjoy going to

Football games (Georgia Tech / Falcons)
Basketball games (Georgia Tech / Hawks)
Hockey Games (Thrashers)

a lot for some reason. They all had a blast at the Hawks and Thrashers games I took them to and they apparently went to a Falcons game and a blast. So in case you're looking for an activity outside of clubbing, them foreigners actually like American sports!

Basketball is huge in europe and south america, but the best players always come to the nba, so they might enjoy the a hawks game... good call.
