who stickied/locked this?
i was just using it as a one-day warning to avoid an over-abundance of Obama/election threads yesterday. i don't want people to get the idea that this is overall an entirely new "COR rule" (although it probably should be). the term "pointless" is way too vague for it to stand as a permanent warning.
i don't disagree with having some sort of warning stuck at the top of the page, but it needs to be a little more well thought out. :) |
