| RJT hasn't been around in a few days, I know he posted his hummus recipe at least once but i can't for the life of me find it, anyone got any good hummus recipies? |

Yes sure. I can't specify quantities exactly so you're gonna have to go on taste.
1 can chickpeas ( I like to remove their skin in hot water but ti's a very tedious process). Anyway drain the chickpeas and throw them into the food processor.
Add about 2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
some lemon juice
a bit of salt
about a teaspoon of cumin
you can also add stuff like garlic, hot pepper or black peppercorn for extra flavor. |
