the problem mate has been the quantity. There are less active mods now than when I first joined, with way more people, way more hostility, flaming, trouble etc to deal with. Because of this, Myra pretty much has to run this forum on her own, montana handles others pretty much on his own, greg is too busy to help mostly etc. Other than that there's just little inconsistencies which I personally don't agree with because of how others have been dealt with in time. Swampers problem in this section at least is he's wanted impartial mods often but as myra shows, someone who is one of the group can do a great job usually, I don't agree with all her calls but she has so much to deal with that i can't blame her for having to make those decisions alone. |
