Bottle Service at Hollywood Clubs...

... are banned??!?
I heard that it has been a year since they banned bottle service at Hollywood clubs...
What are those tables for then, just for people to sit around?
I wonder how that is at Vanguard or Avalon right now, do they still offer bottle service nowadays? :whip: :whip: :whip: |

there was some talk about that around 2 years ago i think due to the many under-age celebs being seen on tv walking out of clubs like Mood, etc.
obviously it never happened...i think it was just thrown out there as a possible punishment for the clubs that got caught let underagers drinks. |

There were some venues that weren't placing bottles at the tables for a while. They would poor the alcohol in a carafe. lol
I rarely see that anymore. Even then if they had a grandfathered alcohol sales license they didn't have to. |

thanks for all the feedback everyone...
so I'm still confused though, I will be having this event in less than 2 weeks, and the club manager said that they won't be having any table service during the event.. they told me that the event could be canceled if we were to have bottle service. they won't even take the chance of having the tables set up during the event, I just don't get it.
what should i tell the venue? I've asked twice and they kept on insisting not to have table/bottle service... I'm just not sure what to do :(

| Do you have tables already booked? He probably doesn't have the right license, had a fight recently and has vice cops watching the place. |

...im doing a few different clubs each week, all have bottle service...
must really be their preference that they dont do it as they do not want to hire a waitress...just surmising though... |
