Clean the bottles well because if you dont, they could explode.

Bottleing is going to be the longest and most pain in the ass process.

Buy a cooling thing to pass cold water through (made out of copper and it coils down) because after you take the juice out of the stove, it will take at least 3 hours to cool down. With the cooling thing, it will take maybe 1 or 1:30 hours..

Write everything down. So you can re-create it.

The cooling thing he is talking about is called a chiller.

I don't use a chiller when I brew beer because it's an enormous waste of water. If you want to be more environmentally friendly, you could take the wort outside (if it is cold and you have snow) and stick the container into some snow and monitor the temperature. That will usually knock it down pretty quick. Otherwise, if you don't have access to some cold weather, you could just make a little less wort. You use the same amount of grains, but just use less water. Then, when you need to cool it down, add ice cubes to it so the temperate will get brought down, and you will have your correct amount of wort.

Keeping things clean and sterilized is the key. You want to make sure that anything that goes into your beer has been disinfected. (Ex: bleach and rinse your ice cube trays if you use the ice cube cooling method)

Have fun, and try saving some water. :)
