Hello,
I'm looking to buy some earphones, but considering music is one of the most important things in my life, I need a good f@#in pair.
I'm looking for the earbud types, with multi-layer sound absorption. But I also want reeeeeeeeealy good bass. Basically full range 20-20000 Hz, low impedance. I tried my friend's, and they were amazing (Korg maybe?) but when I ask her what they are, and where she got it from, she doesn't know.
Anyone have good suggestions? |

| I've been using Shure SE310s. These are earbuds, but for your specs, you might have to spend a bit more for a slightly higher model. You can check out Etymotic, which I heard are decent as well. There is a third company out there, but have slipped my mind at the moment. PM Orko, he would know. |

| why do you want ear buds? They hurt my ears. Yeah, big cans look retarded walking down the street, but they're hell of alot more comfortable and generaly sound alot better for much cheaper too. |

I do a lot of travelling, and would like something portable. And I mean, pocketable portable. I have the sony headphones and they sound great, but it's more of a hassle on trips then its worth. I find the same for like 17" laptops... portable, but not so much. |

ahh...makes sense.
If I was looking for a pair of ear buds, I'd dip over to future shop. You can buy a pair, try them out and return them after a couple of weeks if they're not what you're looking for....rinse and repeat as needed. |

Sennheiser ftw.
They've never let me down. Don't have the buds though. Been using their products for a long time now. |
