its stupid now when we have more medical knowledge. back then they didnt know anything so it was a good idea at the time. look at those women that put rings around their necks to make themselves look like giraffes. pretty ing stupid idea there too. |

yeah I read somewhere that girls would be put into those shoes from very young age
small feet was a sign of beauty back in a day.. plus girls would walk with small steps, which was supposed to make them look more lady-like |

so those lumps UNDERNEATH her foot are her toes? It appears she has no toes on the pointed looking thing.
So her heel is an ACTUAL heel?
