Christopher Manik is back again on Audio Logic with his first-ever LP titled Astoria & The Skeleton Key. Christopher shows his diversity with Astoria & The Skeleton Key having included tech-house, progressive and chill-out tunes of superb quality. The Smiley Face Gang explodes onto the senses with crushed synths beginning a techy groove. Blippy melodic patterns and glitchy percussive bits work into a frenzy. Strong bass lines and big crashes add a violent feel to the track, no pun intended. Dobbs Battery Room goes straight for the big rooms with it huge hook. A massive low end bass line accompanies the melody and crushed claps add a minimal flair. 2 Pianos leads in with crunchy percussion and Manik filters in the piano melody. He sequences a driving rhythm with the piano riffs and a wicked bass line that escalates the track. The track has an unforgettable hook and is a proper dance floor bomb to be used at peak hours of the night. November features a stuttering synth line taking listeners on a melodic, progressive journey and the track has an epic feel to it. Monster and Juniper are Christopher's down-tempo tunes that show off his versatility as a producer. Monster has a movie sound-track feel to it with piano & pads that convey tons of emotion. Juniper finishes off the LP in proper fashion with a calming, dreamy vibe.
