I contacted them about that. Indeed I have been refunded the shipping. If you haven't I would ask. But they would not send any tickets. Supposedly we are going to receive e-tickets. Until then I only have a bar-coded email from my purchase, which they "guarantee" will get me in. I Wish I had waited to buy from ticketweb...cheaper and mailed tickets.
You could also complain that ticketweb started at $35 and tiesto ticket shop charged $40, which I did.
Minor details since I am going to blow up my bartab anyways....but you have every right to complain. |
