I know you're jesting, but ANY cabby can be annoying as all if they talk too much.
I'll bet you just notice the white ones because they ACTUALLY talk to you, since they also usually speak the language fluently, and many other cabbies do not, and so tend to speak less, or keep quiet unless their passenger sparks a conversation.

no that's not it at all. I live and work downtown. I take cabs twice a day. I have conversations with cab drivers all the time... White cab drivers are whack.
