I notice that you keep bringing this up, but I'm not sure what your point is. I myself never use prefab loops, but if you are going to use those, then you only have three choices:

1) Buy royalty-free loops/samples and use those;
2) Get them from the original label and either pay royalties or give up certain freedoms with respect to the track you make; or
3) Bootleg.

I'm assuming you opt for #3 - you've implied as much on several occasions. Now I think most producers have done a few bootleg remixes just for fun, but aside from the fact that it's illegal, it's also incredibly lame if ALL of your tracks are just mashups of that you bootlegged.

So... what exactly is your point here? My best guess is that you're not quite clear on the concept of royalties and are just talking out of your ass.

PS. the only samples I use are kicks, snares etc that I toss into a percussion VST to arrange...and I get these from Music Production Magazines that I BUY. but then again...you wouldnt understand that...dumb

I only brought it up because ok El K Dee no other reason. I use music from my own music collection thats what makes the music personal 2 me. Like You Said I do It For Fun. By your definition Trance is not music its just a mashup of Techno & House & classical
