The annual winter wardrobe switcharoo.

Every winter I switch out my skimpy clothes for my warm ones in in my wardrobe; all the stuff I will wear again gets stored away, and anything else I get rid of.
But man, getting rid of clothes is HARD! And it seems like, even though I've filled a garbage full of clothes already, I'm not putting any sort of dent in my closet/drawers!
Anybody else hang onto clothes from 10 years ago? LoL.
And what about winter/spring cleaning? Who else partakes of the organizing and the tidying? Makes me feel good when I'm done, that's for sure.
I know it's sort of lame, but it's Sunday. Discuss. |

| I never throw away clothes unless they have holes in them. |

| I find the hardest thing to get rid of is t-shirts. Jeans/pants are easy cause they go out of style so quickly. But a cool t-shirt is timeless. Maybe I should buy less cool t-shirts? :toocool: |

| I find it difficult to get rid of jeans, actually, because I can hardly ever find jeans that I like. I generally have only a few pairs at a time that I like to wear. |

I wear the same stuff,.... i just wear a jacket.
Doesnt get super cold down here though. When i was in cold weather a jacket seemed to work fine + gloves and a hat.

Uh, because it's winter?? Lol. I can't very well wear shorts and tank tops anymore, and I don't have room in my closet and drawers to keep ALL my clothes out together. So I switch cool for warm when the seasons change. And by doing this twice a year it forces me to get rid of I don't wear. Thus creating more storage space, and hooking someone less fortunate up with some decent duds.
GOD NACHOS. |

Nah dude, winter as in 'winters up north' require 'winter clothing'. I mean, one day Mario when you're working in New York City running your own business, wearing black suits & long coats you'll think differently.
And you'll pay for dinner too :p |
