Actually, I feel he was a somewhat breath of fresh air among countless DJs who jumped on the tech-house bandwagon...He was one of the few who still played some proper progressive house |

More mainstream than what Tech House has become? I know it's hard to find quality tunes in that style, but a good DJ always digs deep to find his music. Hell, DJs like Desyn and Rowan have made their careers based on finding the stuff that noone else is playing!
I still think Rowan is one of the hardest working DJs out there, I just don't dig this new style as much as I enjoyed the stuff he played before. The more proggier and melodic stuff, like his August 2007 set @ Chinese Laundry. ing legendary. |
