Sorry but not true. Impersonating a kidnapper is a federal offense and even though this was not a kidnapping itself, the FBI were involved because of the ransom demands and linked communications. This means that fraud was committed by this bitch and FBI will investigate it.
If she is charged, it is really really easy to sue her for any emotional distress caused. Just make sure you keep records (write a log of it) of all the times she made contact, and what she said. Even if your bro was mashed, the fact will still remain that she played on your families fears when you thought he was kidnapped. The fact you involved the authorities actually greatly strengthens your case.

yep. she called my phone like 10 times, saying andy was dead. probably texted 700 times. shes still texting :wtf:
my mom was at the point of having a heart attack
i heard she has done the same thing to her bf's family
also, the weird thing is that there were some people we didn't know asking for my bro... we think she sent them
and she said if we didn't pay we were gonna get his ashes on xmas |

The laws work in mysterious ways! Try yelling out "fire" in a public area and see what happens to you when the authorities find out that it was a false report. That alone will get you a nice lay over with buff tatted dudes examining your brown eye on a chilly winter night...:whip:

Where can we hook up with a girl like that? LOL Glad to see things turned out ok. Our family has been going through like that with one of my cousins who dropped her 2 babies at my aunts front door and disappeared 2 years ago and we been having to ID bodies that may or may not be her. I am the only one in the family who can stomach having to see dead bodies.
In any case, glad your brother is ok and tell him to go to VEGAS next time and avoid TJ like a hooker with a STD.

It's kind of insane that your bro was taken to jail and all this went down for a flash drive. They should have been able to check the sku # on the product to see if it was purchased or not, regardless if he paid with cash or card. If Wal-Mart got there security and called the authorities then you should definitely have a case against them. Especially since all that other went down with that crazy bitch!! As far as how the police and FBI were involved in this and did not know he was in jail is beyond me. Someone had to have looked him up in the system through out all of this and that information should have came up right away.
I would be so pissed off if I was your bro!! I would just be thinking to myself HOW THE IS ALL OF THIS HAPPENING!!!!! It sounds like a nightmare.
I really think that you have a couple cases here. One against that crazy bitch and maybe even a bigger one against Wal-Mart!! I knew there was a reason why I don't shop at that hole!! The place is the arm pit of the world!!
