No but seriously pay off my parents mortgage, invest a little, pay of my college travel,travel and more travel thats all u can do for a mil these days not like u can buy a apartment in Manhattan. |

take 200,000 invest in US markets and some in overseas markets for the long term.
take 200,000 put it in a high yeild savings account (ing or Etrade)
take the rest and buy some real estate and rent out those properties until they go up in value and then sell them.
i would only touch about 20,000 of that million to play with.
seriously i would act like i never even got the money lol |

I would travel to all those spots Ive always wanted to see, with 100 thou. back packing most of it, and buying fly gear to bring home.
Then I'd get home and post my pics on facebook too make most of my ppl drool.
I'd sink 800 000 into a long term investment. something at about 8% interest. nothing big just something secure.
and I would take 100 000 thousand and start dropping it into some of these development deals i keep coming across before the market finally farts.
I would take my earnings from that and invest it into doing infrastructure work in Toronto while the market sucks. Maybe open up a small company that does road construction etc. At the same time I would be buying up property as prices sunk, kicking old men out of there homes and stealing even keeping their pills, with the profit i make from my company. I would ride out the bad times just doing infrastructure work and buying homes people are losing, and then when the market flips back to normal sell it all and invade a small country. |
