For those of you who have played the game, you know this already, but for a commercial release, a videogame at that, this game has one of the most eclectic and best soundtracks I've heard in some time.
Ranging from the British band The Go! Team, Mexican band Kinky, DJ Krush, India's Ananda Shankar, to Mali band Toumani Diabate's Symmetric Orchestra, this game reflects some great music from around the world. Equally impressive, it's a mix of old and new music.
While dance music and similarly related electronica is what I mainly listen to, I love being exposed to good music of any kind and this game absolutely nailed the soundtrack.
Its so refreshing that the developers did not go with something more traditional or mainstream, especially for a game that is superficially a cute looking platformer, rather opting to really dive into the proverbial record crate in order to deliver a stellar mix of music from around the world.
Anyone else a big fan of the music from an awesome game. |

| That spanish song in the game is totally awesome, I agree that the OST is innovative and great to have along jumping around with your Sackboy hehe |

I played the early demo release (before they took the music and words from the Qur'an out)
I love the game. Everything about it.
Sacboy is too cute. |
