Okay, I'm 34. So if the average would be 24, then minus 10 would be about 14.
Trance - music for the mature raver.

That's one of the most ignorant and elitist statements I've encountered this week. What are you supposed to listen to when you are 34, Mozart and Bach?
Also, is it "hate on Tiesto" week again? Armani Exchange!

No, you are supposed to listen to the latest "clump, clump, beep, clump, *metallic percs*, *random odd ethnic sample*" techno, silly.
;)

He wouldn't because he won't make enough money.

I would not at all mind Armin going back to producing funky filtered house music... would definitely be a step up from the bland vocal trance he's making now.
I knew Tiesto used to play a lot of banging techno and hardtrance back in the mid 90's, but that's the first time I've heard of "Da Joker"... awesome! :happy2:

Same here, actually. I knew that he used to play gabber but I didn't know he had actually produced any until I searched for it yesterday.

Well, produced is kind of a light term there isn't it.
Just like these days he has help from Denis, I wouldn't be too surprised to find out these were mostly influenced (or even co-produced) by that mad mike guy, from trashcan records.
The stuff on Guardian Angel / Black Hole from 95-98 is the best he's done, before they found virus software. The Porpoise from West & Storm still remains a good favorite of mine.

Probably he never wondered how old most famous DJ's are or how old the millions of ravers are which visited the early Love Parades and biggest clubs in Europe in the 90's.
