worst feeling in the world is when mixing 2 great records, having it perfect, the crowd is going wild, then you slip and nudge the wrong way, or otherwise screw up the mix.
all the sudden it sounds like golf balls in a dryer, and everyone stops dancing and looks at you like "what the dude"
you turn off one of the songs quickly, it's way to quiet, and not a soul is left on the dancefloor.
that's the worst feeling in the world. luckily it's never happened to me yet, but it's my worst nightmare. |
:wtf: yeh it's like that Southwest Airlines commercial where the rap concert guy is singing and everybody's going wild and he says, "THANK YOU DETROIT! WE LOVE YOU!" but then the crowd goes absolutely silent and his co-singer says to him, "Yo man Detroit was last night" |

Didn't happen to me but to a friend.
He where sitting in his couch chilling, when suddenly his 10 years old son comes though the door all blue in the face, telling him that a old man tried to strangle him.
He ran over to the man and beat the out off him, the old man pulls a knife on him and chase him around, but my friend gets away.
The police comes and arrest and questions the old man, he is free to go a few hours later, till the trial, the old man lives about 25 meters from my friend. |

The worst thing on the world is when you get to know that a girl you have feelings for met her bf at the same party she met you, but it was him who took her number.
