does anybody know if you can figure out the type of camera that took a picture?

i've just tried, but it's not giving me much info on the photo...
any idea if the data would be lost if the file was uploaded to bebo?? |

If the pic has been processed in some ways (for example, made smaller to maximize loading speed on the web) it will lose the exif data. |
