Rogers Accounts Receivable Number

Do any of you guys know the direct number for Rogers Accounts Receivable? I can't find it anywhere on the website.
I've been trying to call all morning and keep getting re-routed, and since I'm at work I need to make this as quick/painless as possible.

Rogers managed to up my bill again. Had updated my My5 a month ago, but they didn't put it through. Had a nice $3200 bill which was a bit of a surprise, hah!
All sorted now with a $25 credit for my troubles ;) |

all you do is dial *611 from your phone.
And when the automated voice asks what do..just say 'cancel account' and it will direct right to retention.
