Unless you're me, then you just sweat even more and ruin two shirts :(

edit // I've found that only poorly made shirts tend to get ruined like that.

Not only poorly made shirts. It has to do with the chemicals in antiperspirants.

And that blows. Maybe you should sweat the damn Egyptian out of you. Maybe that will help. :p

The only shirts that have gotten damaged from sweat/deodorant were these two from threadless.com. I used to get quite a fair amount damaged from colored deodorants too, like that Right Guard with the green power stripe thing. Useless!

you may be right, the only shirts I've noticed that were ruined were cheap plain white undershirts that I normally wear daily to the gym, and the polos I wear to work which I also wear very often.

It could be either that they are made crappily, or it could be the fact that I wear these shirts far more often than my others. Maybe both.

Regardless, I can't wear undershirts (the t-shirt kind) under polos and the such. Probably because I'm just not used to it, but I feel like it's too much (I do live in Miami). I far prefer the wife beater type of undershirt.

lol it took me a bit to get used to, but I quite enjoy it. But I also live in California where we don't get very humid unlike out there in Miami.

Looking into that . It just got humid here in the last week or so. Reminds me of how much I 'love' summer.

Although wearing two shirts does the trick... sometimes.
