I didn't say anywhere that you don't know what it's like, as it's clear in your original post that you were referencing someone who was close to you. Thank you for putting words in my mouth.
All I was saying was that just because you may have had a terrible experience with a loved-one yourself, it doesn't give you the right to stop others from handling their own experiences as they see fit, nor does it make them scum. Was I a bit of a prick when I wrote it? Sure. It just happens to really, really irk me when someone does something like that.

well i have had a loved one go though this and it wasn't something i would wish upon ANYONE. not even my worst enemy and to call out a child and say he is a "porker" on his deathbed is rather tactless. that is my point. i am done with this thread. good night.
