I am 27 started listening to EDM when I was 20, Kris burned a few cds for me told me to listen to them. When I turned 21 a few months later she took me to my first EDM club Spundae to see Christopher Lawrence and Sandra Collins and I have been hooked since. So almost 7yrs now :D

25, first heard about EDM when someone in high school mentioned the name "Paul van Dyk". I downloaded some of his music and thought it was one of the most amazing music I've ever heard. Before that, I only knew top 40s and Hip-Hop..etc. Since then I heard about DI.FM through a friend from college and started getting really into the music from house, trance, electro, etc...also had a friend from college that was really into the music that recommended I check out Avalon in LA. So the first event was James Holden back in 2004. I've been to EDM events in SF, Chicago, Miami, NYC, Hong Kong and Tokyo...gotta say some of the best party experiences I've had are from these events.

I was at a house party and the DJ threw down this Jam that blew my mind. I hit him up and asked him, 'yo dude, that track was sick! Who was that?' It was Nightcrawlers, Push the feeling on circa 1992. You youngins do yourself a favor and google that . How could you not become a dance music fan after that?

I hit the scene hard, I mean hard in the early nineties after that. I remember going to Melrose and shopping at this place called Beat Non Stop and pickin up some rave beanies and going to a party at the Spruce Goose. , andybody remember that? Those days were the ...

The scene died out, and I left it for a bit to persue my own musical interests. I got back into it in 2002 and have been on the dancefloor ever since....
