| deep fried. I've had it the past 3 years. Its the best. So juicy and the skin is crunchy. Its awesome. Can't wait for tomorrow. |

| Deep fried is the bomb, but I've had some very juicy oven baked. I guess I'm more on a turkey by turkey basis. I'm trying some brined Turkey this year. Never had it before, but sounds interesting. |

I brined mine last year & it was great! juiciest turkey ever... more so than Deep Fried which i loved as well
