Great night tough. Arnej played a lot of full-on progressive trance that almost bordered on psy. That was the second half of his set while I felt the first half had a few too many breakdowns.
Glenn was good but like Francis said the last 45 minutes or so were the most solid. |
He did drop Blue Fear 2003 though I can't remember when exactly. Unfortunately the mix-in sucked, and it really didn't match the previous song... but it was a SICK tune. My favorite melodic trance track ever!

We nearly killed ourselves on the road to go to this party and it was worth it.
On the track selections, Arnej's first half was pretty much fulfilled with vocals everywhere (which I dislike) but his second half with Tech Trance was really awesome! There's one song with a minimal techno beat but with trance leads and fx...what is it? I WANT IT!
I'm on the opposite side of everone here I guess : I disliked Glenn's beginning but as for the rest of his set, it was really good. And in my opinion, Glenn mixed a little bit better than Arnej which I can excuse him if he was improvising :)

Great party!
Malek open well, he was very nervous and for a first gig he did ok!
Arnej, people need to understand he's a producer and this was only like his third gig has a DJ like Louis said and the track selection was awesome and the mixing was good.
Glenn, his set started slowly and pick up afterward! Glenn doesn't play Trance he's a progressive DJ and that's exactly what he did + few trancy track and it was great!
Lot's of people showed up for January, very nice night!
Can't wait for the next one.

| I interviewed both these guys today for my site. Expect something end of next week. Both super cool dudes... very down to earth and very into their craft... interviews are gonna be good. :) |
