Can anybody recommend some GOOD, new/current Trance Sample CDs/Sound banks?

| I was just wondering if there are some good collections out there I am not aware of. What do some of you pros use? Drums and percussion in particular. Stuff that sounds current and ready to use. Thanks for any help. |

Check out Vengeance's Minimal House CD.
I like what they have on there, but I wish they would have done a better job organizing their percussion hits. Maybe I just got lucky with sample CDs in the past that offered more subdirectories describing what kind of percussion was contained within. |

| Meh, I just use 909 samples for hats, and I've got some patches for actual kicks which are very good starting points. Must highly recomend the snorting audio psy refills kicks, the leads were totally though (fortunately, I've starting working out how to create good goa/psy leads recently :) ) |

I'm a big fan of this to be honest.
And I have recently heard that Boom Jinx's Action Drums are hot, I think I'll buy that for my next sample purchase. |

+1 on the VMH, its definaely got a lot of depth.
Haven't even heard of Boom Jinx one, will have to check it out. |

I would definately reccomend looking through THIS thread before being ripped off by vengeance sound if i was you. i have had many people pm me since that thread pointing me to many more rips.
It looks like somebody has also informed some sample cd distribution companies as well, as all the old vengeance cds have been taken off certain stores.
i have a huge set of personal drum samples i have produced over the years. I might upload a small free pack around christmas time for anyone thats interested? Maybe we could create a thread where we all share and swap a small selection of our personal collections? |
