Technically, you can "poison" anyone with any essential electrolyte. It'll put the body into fluid imbalance, and possibly lead to hypovolemic or cardiogenic shock..both of which can kill you. |

| Hypovolemic shock is extreme fluid loss/abnormal distribution of fluid outside the body's cells. Cardiogenic shock is when the heart isn't pumping as strongly as it's supposed to. |
