| 5 sets of 25 crunches, side bends (arms above like you are cheerin with 3 lb weights in heands and bending one way then the other for the obliques), and the ones where you crunch your knees to your chest as you are doing crunches normalyy to get lower abs.All in the morning and at night. It worked for me :) |

Exercise will help but the biggest thing will be your diet.
There's no such thing as 'spot training'; meaning doing ab exercises alone doesn't necessarily give you a six-pack.
That's why I always laugh when it comes to 'Abtrons, etc, etc.'
Such balongna. |

aerobics and lat-pulldowns and rows.
trust.
you can't just do crunches and and expect good abs. You need to burn the fat off and strengthen your back muscles too. |

| yeah, as firestarter said, diet is very important if u want a six-pack...i dont have a six pack myself :D but i know sum ppl. who do, and an ex-bodybuilder, who's now my chiro...of course u have to do crunches and lower back exercises too, but u need a good diet. |

| actually, it WILL give you 6 pack abs, whether or not you can see them through the layer of fat on your stomach is another issue |

lol...very true
also, careful, cause there's such a thing as doing them wrong as well! builds muscles differently...makes 'em grow out so when you contract, you get what looks rather like a bulge and not nice flat tummy with ripped lines...suck belly button to ground and ribs in, engaging all abs (esp. stoaz(sp?)), easier to show rather than explain. |

| do cardio, then you'll slim down and your abs will show. |
