Here is some additional info that wasn't in the original post. So far, this group buy has reached more than 300 persons. This mean that it's already at $99 and everyone gets an additional 1000 ReTank loops and more freebies at 400(we're at 393).
It was supposed to end November 28 but they've decided to extend the group buy until December 2 so, I thought some of you might like to hear about it.

| exactly. IK is a respected plugin manufacturer. Nothing to worry about. I've participated in group buys in the past. It's a great way to get full featured plugins below normal price :). |

Im struggling to think what free plug i would wnt though as i already have t-racks and see no use for jimmy hendrix, metal, miroslav, samplemoog or sampletron and sonik synth is not the sounds i like. sound weak to me.
I may still bepulled over the edge though as the price is pretty amazing. |

Well, by itself, ReTank is around 4gb worth of loops. + the 1000 we'll get this week because it's reached more than 300 participants, means it's still a good deal even without the free plugs. I've played with it for a few hours and it's a bit like getting a cross between RMX and Phatmatik Pro: Each loop is a Sampletank instrument in which each slice is assigned to a note. You also get the related midi file to drop in your host if you want to play the loop in it's original form. The fun part is that you can Automate Pitch, envelope, filters and effects for each slice(like Phatmatik).
I've also read that you can sell your unused licenses. IK does charge a transfer fee but still, you could probably make some good money with Amplitube Metal... |

I don't think it's worth more(or less) than SS2. I was just mentioning that it could probably be resold for a fair value if you don't need the free plug and would want to sell it.
As for the loop mix, I would say it's about 1/3 electronic, 1/3 rock and 1/3 hip hop. Then again, because it's all sliced, a lot of it can be re-purposed to fit your need. |

Here's additional info from one of the guys at Esoundz.com about what we currently get and what happens if we reach 400+:

So... to recap in short.
1. You will all be offered any of the 15 ReTank Style Paks at half price with a coupon sent to you.

3. If you can't get enough of these killer loops and want a deal for all 15 style paks this is your lucky week! $199 for all 15 (only if you joined this GB or if you are a previous owner of RAW Gold)
