Bush finally wavers: too little, too late.

Can you believe the nerve of this guy?
NOW he says he wasn't ready and that the intelligence was wrong, after begging for a second chance to resolve the conflict and allegedly make us safer.
And don't even get me started on any exclamation of what a "welcoming society" he wanted to help foster, when he got that second re-election largely by making up a new hotbutton social division issue (Gay Marriage) through bull amendments to the federal constitution allowing discrimation and essentially second class citizenry.
What irks me the most is that he doesn't even care about any of the underhanded tactics he used to galvanize the Right, and appeal to moderates through fear and fleeting social stigma. |

It's ludicrous how this charade carried over two terms. It brings to question the will and intelligence of an entire nation.
Clinton was nearly impeached for a blowj, Nixon had to resign over some petty criminal activity, and this douchebag dances all over the world in cowboy boots with democracy in the barrell of a gun -or airstrike, more accurately- and leaves on relative good terms. He waged trillions of dollars of debt onto the shoulder of an innocent and unduly ignorant generation.
He's one for the books, that's for sure. |
