| I just checked out the Western Canada Forum, and Vancouver is getting, are you ready for this ..... Christopher Lawrence!!!! ( Hard Trance Legend ), and friggin' Showtek !!!! ( Hardstyle Legends ) plus, Dj Shah, and the Shy Brothers. But Lawrence and Showtek alone is incredible. Why is Toronto so BAD for parties ??? It's ridiculous!! |

Yeah Toronto is SO BAD for parties especially compared to Vancouver... :rolleyes:
We are spoiled.
Maybe there are no parties that are making you go crazy for NYE but look at what Toronto gets throught the year vs the rest of Canada.
Although Vancouver does seem to get a lot of good trance. |

We get soo may great DJs all year, more than any city in Canada, and ur whining abt NYE :rolleyes:

Well, I don't know about that. Toronto USED to be a great place to party 10 years ago, every weekend was great, wicked DJ's, great venues, it's not the same any more, not even close. Those who partied back in the late 90's early, early 2000's, know what i'm talking about .... the rest might not. If you like HOUSE, then yeah, T.O. is great. but for Hard Trance, Hardstyle, well I guess Europe is the place to be right now.
But, once again, you don't know if you weren't there :rolleyes: |

there are still some pretty good hardstyle and hard trance parties in Toronto unfortunately, most of them are 16+ parties and I'm too old to attend those parties now.
You are right...toronto use to have a great scene for hard music. If you can hold out for another 2-3 years I think you will see it creep back into the mainstream clubs in Toronto. |
