when you are searing meat on high temp on different stoves (i cook a lot at other peoples houses) you have to get it right even though every stove heats differently. Cook it Pittsburgh then in the oven low and slow. Electric ranges are fail.
also no butter and oil = need perfect temperature. |

yes but once the meat is seard then its just a case off letting it cook,either on the hob or in the oven. |
