I did that a lil while ago b/c I wanted to adjust my plan. They gave me what I wanted, at the price I wanted. I didn't ask for a new phone though b/c I didn't think they'd give me one. I didn't think I'd have enough leverage b/c I still had 2 years left in my contract anyway.
What exactly did you say? Perhaps a PM would be in order so I could discuss this with you privately? |

it depends on which department you called. if you called the regular rogers line then you wont get squat. the number that jalalinator mentioned is for the retention department. |

I didn't call the regular line. I got the retention number awhile back and called them directly.

Apparently my "revenue stream" wasn't great enough for them to offer me the plan I wanted, but whatever. Only a few bucks more..,
Plus a new Nokia E71 for $99. I'm not even eligible for a hardware upgrade at all until February, but I got the lady to make an exception for me. The phone should cost me $449. Love that wheelin' and dealin'.
