On topic, I think it's yet another about-face for Harper the Assclown.

He should do the decent thing and try and push through senate reform legislation that has all senators elected. |

| ok, I am a little lost about the Canadian parlimentary system here...isnt it done by riding, and the party with the most seats nominates their leader as PM? where are these 16 seats coming from? or is the senate something different |
