I agree, but its also fun IMO, heven't you ever liked something a bit cheesy?? |
I'm sure i have, but i don't know how that applies to what this thread is about. "Everything In Its Right Place" is quite a dark song, and this Oakenfold remix is not really cheesy, it just sounds poor and amateurish and lacks in overall subtlety and finesse. Just listen to how whoever did it kept the 10/4 time signature of the original but insisted on having that ridiculous crash cymbal at the start of every measure. |

lol, it is pretty funny when you start to notice it.
I agree that it needs more polish but i dont think that its a bad track.
Im tired talking about it, JUST PLEASE LET THIS THREAD DIE!:p |

| hybrid remix is a beast. when hybrid have already remixed something your probably best to steer clear of tackling a remix of the same tune. unless you have a massive ego or something. |

Track has very poor mixing as well, but an alright track to listen to one time a year i guess.
But come to think of it, its not mixed as an EDM track, but rather as a rock track. |

Maybe if a different name was stamped on it people here would think differently.

I was thinking the opposite direction... i.e. because it has Oakenfold's name attached to it most will probably give it a listen |

Um, no. I said they were underrated last year with Gilbert healthy. You like hyperbole, huh? Describing a "good" song as "awesome" and exaggerating others' previous comments.
The song sucks man, just move on. |

I'm consistently astounded at the lengths people will go to defend mediocrity on here... :stongue: :stongue: |

Heh, I don't think a track worth listening to only once a year is really worth listening to at all. Do you?
