This might be difficult if she doesn't have access to a dildo.

prepare for your interview! there is nothing worse than being unsure of how you are going to answer a question. For me the nervousness came from the fear of not being able to answer questions correctly.

Also, it helps if you don't really care about getting the job. Every interview i've been on when i already had a job was succesful (i.e., i got an offer). I don't expect that streak to continue, but it's nice to say for now.

I agree with him...

Just remember that they wouldn't be interviewing you if they didn't need you. I always go into interviews sort of cocky. I know I have the skills they want, so what are they going to do for me?

People always think interviews are one sided, but you should also be sizing them up to find out if they are the kind of company you want to work for.

... and with her.

Also, I tend to be nervous before the interview, not during it. So, when I feel I'm anxious about being interviewed, I work out, run, dance, i.e. I sweat it out :D

As long as you can answer why they would want to hire you, you are 60% fine. the other 40% is them liking you. :)

oh and read up on the company. You should know a lot about them.

THIS. that cocky feeling will give you a big boost of confidence, and the interviewer will know it. of course it's even easier if you're already employed- i just had an interview yesterday and i was able to make some slightly outrageous demands that i wouldn't be able to do if i NEEDED the job.

one thing i DO prepare for is some of those difficult questions like

"if there is one thing that you could improve about yourself what would it be?"
"what is one thing you have difficulties with at your job?"
"explain one time where you had to alleviate a conflict between others"

i have answers memorized for that, where it's complete bull but it makes me look good while still admitting slight faults (for example, one answer i use is "one big fault of mine is arrogance, i often learn a job extremely well and get big-headed about it; but arrogance leads to apathy, and apathy leads to mistakes"). also if they ask you "how would you rate yourself from 1-10 about...?" i usually tell them an "8 or 9" give a bull reason why, and then say there's always room for improvement or something like that.
