Well this was definitely 'THE GIFT' pre-party. wow the amount of old school tracks played in either there original or remix form between both kaskade and manzone and strong was crazy! I loved hearing so many oldies, and its gotten me so pumped to go to guv tonight for a very rare double-header clubbing weekend for myself.
Tracks were killer all night long. Kaskade opened like his usual self playing lots of his common hits (as a dj he may not be the greatest necessarily since hes not always reinventing his sound, but i love his style and he keeps me coming back, simply because i love his productions so much, and i can always count on him playing a vast amount of his own material).
negatives...this is london crowd gets really pushy, and even though i know to expect it, its totally the drinking crowd, or basically the top 40 'house' club so to speak in terms of its clientle. That being said, you only get a small group of dedicated fans, and mostly a barage of drunkerd's out by last call. Otherwise a great time though. |
