| its a stupid idea you could just copy all your mp3's and sell them plus the market would get flooded with mislabelled low quality track it just wouldnt work. |

I guess that's why this service will never work ... RIAA attorneys will kill this already before your first sale.
There must exist a method to verify that you sell your ONLY mp3 file and that you never copied it. However, such a mechanism is impossible with mp3s, you'd need a new data format. But if they really bring that out, then this could really be a success! This story won't be finished so soon... |

| Well, the point of having mp3s, I thought, was that you can get them easily from anywhere around the world, instantly, as opposed to physical media. The dirt-cheap price is also due to the fact that there is no resale value. So this is kind of working against the basis of digital media. |
